Feasibility Survey & Business Case

From the point of initial conception LBP will work with the customer to understand their requirements. LBP can then supply models for the volumes of livestock and the expected returns based on the types of meat processing involved. The customer is then able to feed these forecasts back into their business case to ensure the correct scale of facility is developed. This full and thorough approach ensures not only that an appropriate business case is produced but also that all aspects of the operation are covered.

Building a new abattoir is a key strategic decision for any company. Getting the location and size of the plant is the fundamental decision that contributes to the success or failure of the project. With a combined experience of over 100 years in the livestock and meat processing industry Lee Booth Partners is ideally suited to the provision of advice at this crucial stage but by engaging with LBP expertise, the fundamental decisions needed will meet the customer’s exacting standards.

Training

LBP can help with the transition of change within abattoirs and meat processing facilities which is rarely straight-forward. Your current team of operational staff have the knowledge, skills and competences based around the meat products you deliver but may need further training to accommodate future changes.

Project Management

LBP can provide a dedicated and flexible range of specialists that manage the complete project for you. We will give you detailed project plans, regular status updates and enable you to formally authorise each stage of the project. This follows your complete project lifecycle from its earliest conception to acceptance/handover and ongoing operational use.
